Frankly, my Dear, I will Make Your Day

Sharing is caring!

What are your favorite movie lines?  I bet you immediately think of a few.

We are continuing with fun month around here – this week it is movies!! Take some time over the next few weeks to scan the movies below and decide which to watch with your teens while they are home for the holidays.  Of course, there are the classic Christmas movies, but branch out and try some others, just for variety. I will split them into categories so you can decide what makes the most sense for your child and their tastes and age. Most of these are PG-13, but there will be a few R rated ones for your older teens – only you know who can handle what.

The Help

If it is a movie with serious themes (even if it is light=hearted), take your time to talk about it:

Bullying, prejudice, self esteem, empowerment.

In the classics,  Discuss how things might be different today and is that a good or bad thing.

Day to Day Graces

Lover of the daily - my life as told in pictures and words. So much around us is missed because we are too blind to see grace in the everyday. “Open my eyes that I may behold wondrous things!” Psalms 119
